These terms apply to your use of the AlleasyLearn website and the Coding and AI Basics online course. By creating an account or buying the course, you agree to them.

AlleasyLearn is operated by Easyliving, SHOP 3 JHAVERI HERITAGE 2 SUYOG NAGAR VASAI WEST, Thane, Maharashtra, 401202.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Easyliving, the business that operates AlleasyLearn.

1. The service

Coding and AI Basics (From Blocks to Basic JavaScript) is a self-paced online course made of interactive lessons, practice activities and projects, used in a web browser on mobile, tablet or desktop. There are no live classes and no fixed class schedule.

2. Your account

You create your account at checkout by entering your details and choosing a password. The account is created only after your payment succeeds.
Each email address can be used for one account only.
The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.
Keep your password secret and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
If the learner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make the purchase, own the account and supervise its use.

3. Course access and “lifetime access”

Access is activated for the account used at checkout once the payment is confirmed. "Lifetime access" means access to the purchased course for as long as AlleasyLearn continues to offer that course — not for the lifetime of the learner. Learning is self-paced: you can start, pause and continue whenever you like.

4. Payment and pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹, INR). The course is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges.
The amount you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Later price changes do not affect orders already placed.
Where a higher price is shown crossed out next to the current price, it is a reference price set by AlleasyLearn. Any countdown timer on the website is a promotional display: it does not change the price charged at checkout.
Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Access is granted only after the payment is confirmed.

5. Intellectual property and permitted use

The course content — including lessons, text, graphics, characters, exercises and code examples — belongs to Easyliving or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the course for your own (or your child's) learning.

You must not:

share your account or login details with other people;
copy, download, record, resell, sublicense, publish or distribute the course or its materials; or
use the service to break the law, or try to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to it.

6. Projects you create

Projects you build in the course are yours. You allow AlleasyLearn to store them and show them to you in your account so you can view and keep working on them. We do not publish your projects without your permission.

7. Outcomes

The course teaches beginner coding and AI concepts. We do not guarantee any particular result, including exam results, jobs, admissions or income.

8. Availability

We work to keep the website available, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. We may improve or change course content over time.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms — for example, by sharing the account, reselling or copying course materials, or misusing the service. Where appropriate we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Easyliving is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

The Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version number and date at the top of this page show when they last changed. Changes do not affect purchases made before the change.
