Privacy Policy

Version 1.5 · Effective 1 October 2026 · Last updated 1 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information AlleasyLearn collects when you visit this website, buy the Coding and AI Basics course and use your learner account, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

AlleasyLearn is operated by Easyliving, SHOP 3 JHAVERI HERITAGE 2 SUYOG NAGAR VASAI WEST, Thane, Maharashtra, 401202.

1. Information we collect

  • Checkout and account details: the name, email address, mobile number and profile name you enter at checkout, and the password you choose. Passwords are stored only as a one-way protected hash — nobody at AlleasyLearn can read them.
  • Learning activity: course progress, completed lessons, quiz and challenge results, and the projects you create and save in your account.
  • Orders and payments: order ID, product, amount, payment status and the reference numbers the payment provider returns. When a payment gateway is connected, your card, UPI or bank details are entered with that provider and are not stored by AlleasyLearn.
  • Visitor and usage information: a random visitor identifier (the al_vid cookie), the pages you open, the fact that you clicked or interacted on a page (not what you typed), and the referring website and campaign tags (such as utm_source) that brought you here.
  • Device information: the device category (mobile, tablet or desktop) and the browser and operating-system family, worked out from your browser's standard request information. We do not keep the full browser identification string.
  • Approximate location: country, state/region and city, when the platform hosting the website provides it. We do not collect GPS or precise location and never store street addresses or map coordinates for visitors. Location lookup is currently switched off, so no location is recorded.
  • Support communications: the messages you send us and our replies.
  • Advertising measurement (Meta): on our public pages (home, product, checkout and policy pages) we use the Meta Pixel, and our servers use Meta's Conversions API, to tell Meta when someone views the course, starts checkout or completes a purchase — with the product, price and order amount. To match these events to Meta accounts we share your IP address, browser details and Meta's _fbp/_fbc cookie identifiers, and, for checkouts and purchases, your email address, mobile number, name and country in hashed (scrambled) form. The Meta Pixel may also match visits using contact details you enter on those pages. We never share passwords, payment card or UPI details, or your learning activity, and the Meta Pixel is not used in the learner area, the admin area or account and password pages.
  • Advertising measurement (Google Ads): on our public pages (home, product, checkout and policy pages) we use the Google tag for Google Ads. It tells Google which of these pages you visit, together with your IP address, browser details and the Google advertising cookies listed below, so that we can measure how well our ads on Google work. When you complete a purchase, it also tells Google the order amount and our order number, so the purchase is counted once against the ad that led to it. We do not set up the Google tag to send your name, email address, mobile number, password, payment details or learning activity, and it is not used in the learner area, the admin area, sign-in or account and password pages.

2. How we use your information

  • To create your account and give you access to the course you bought.
  • To process orders and payments, and to handle cancellation and refund requests.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To keep the service secure and to prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To understand how the website is used (for example, how many people visit, start checkout and purchase) and to improve the course and website.

We also use the Meta advertising measurement described above to measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram work and to show our ads to people who are more likely to be interested. Meta processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.

We also use the Google tag described above to measure how well our ads on Google work and to show our ads to people who have visited our public pages. Google processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of first-party cookies and browser storage items, and on our public pages the Meta Pixel and the Google tag set the advertising cookies listed below.

NameTypePurposeKept for
al_vidCookieA random ID for your browser. It lets us count unique visitors without counting every page refresh as a new visitor, link your checkout to your visit, and show activity in our internal Live View.1 year

_gcl_au, _gcl_awCookie (set by the Google tag)Google Ads measurement: identify this browser, and the Google ad click that brought you here, to Google. Google may also use its own cookies on Google domains under Google's privacy policy.90 days

You can delete cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block the session cookie you will not be able to stay signed in.

4. Live View (real-time activity)

Our staff can see an internal Live View of current activity on the website. While you browse, your browser sends a small activity signal about every 45 seconds, and when you open a page or interact with it. Live View shows, for each visitor: the approximate location (or "Unknown location"), the current page, device category, traffic source, whether they are browsing, checking out or have just purchased, and how long ago they were last active. A visitor counts as live for 5 minutes after their last activity.

Live View does not show names, email addresses, phone numbers or passwords, and it does not store or display IP addresses or precise location. Live activity records are deleted automatically about one hour after your last activity. Order history is kept separately, as described below.

5. Sharing your information

We share personal information only with the service providers we use to run AlleasyLearn:

  • Razorpay — Payment processing (card, UPI, net-banking and similar payment details are entered with the provider)
  • Meta Platforms — Advertising measurement on Facebook and Instagram (Meta Pixel and Conversions API), as described in section 1
  • Google — Advertising measurement for Google Ads (the Google tag on our public pages), as described in section 1

Apart from the Meta Pixel and Conversions API and the Google tag described above, we do not use third-party analytics tags or advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is needed to protect the rights, safety or security of our learners, the public or AlleasyLearn.

The servers that run this website receive the standard information every browser sends, such as your IP address and browser details, in order to deliver pages and protect the service.

6. How long we keep information

  • Account and learning data: for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete or anonymise this data unless we must keep some of it by law.
  • Order and payment records: for as long as needed for accounting, tax, refund and dispute purposes.
  • Checkout details: if a payment fails, is abandoned or the checkout expires, the protected password you chose is deleted. Your name, email and mobile number stay with the checkout record for support and payment reconciliation.
  • Live View activity records: deleted automatically about one hour after your last activity.
  • Usage events (such as page views and checkout steps): kept to understand how the service is used over time. We delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.
  • Advertising-measurement details captured when you start checkout (IP address, browser details and Meta cookie identifiers): kept with the order record so that a confirmed purchase is reported to Meta once.

7. Security

Passwords are stored as protected hashes, sign-in cookies cannot be read by page scripts, and access to order and customer records is limited to authorised AlleasyLearn administrators. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

8. Children

Coding and AI Basics is designed for learners aged 7–18. If the learner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should make the purchase, create the account and supervise its use. By doing so, they agree to the processing described in this policy on the learner's behalf. We do not use children's information for advertising or behavioural tracking by third parties: the Meta Pixel and the Google tag are not used anywhere in the learner area, and only the purchasing parent's or guardian's checkout details are used for advertising measurement.

9. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you (for example, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may ask us to:

  • give you a summary of the personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update your information;
  • delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
  • withdraw consent you have given (this does not affect processing that already happened);
  • nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to; and
  • raise a complaint about how we handle your information.

To make a request, email easylivingin@gmail.com from the email address on your account and say what you would like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If you are not satisfied with our response, reply to the same email thread and ask for it to be escalated, as described on our Contact Us page.

10. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with a new version number and date. If we start using new kinds of tracking (such as advertising pixels), we will update this policy before they are switched on.
