Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation window

You may cancel your purchase of Coding and AI Basics by sending a cancellation request within 24 hours of the successful payment (the time on your order confirmation). Requests received within 24 hours are eligible for cancellation and a refund. Requests received after the 24-hour window are outside this policy.

2. How to request cancellation

Email easylivingin@gmail.com (or use the Request Cancellation button above) and include:

• your order ID (it starts with AL- and is shown on your order confirmation);
• the email address used for the purchase;
• the date of purchase;
• the product (Coding and AI Basics); and
• the reason for cancelling (optional — it helps us improve).

Please send the request from the email address used for the purchase so we can confirm the order is yours.

3. What happens next

• We confirm that we have received your request and check the order details.
• If the request is within the cancellation window, we approve the cancellation and initiate the refund.
• When the refund is processed, access to the course bought with that order ends.

4. Refunds

Once approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method where the payment provider supports it. The time for the amount to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider and your bank.

If you think you were charged more than once for the same order, email us with the order details and we will look into it.
